Activity 1

Last week I set you the task of making our own imaginary pets to help keep us company!

If you didn't do it then please do it this week. I would love to see you upload your pictures of the pets onto the blog. If you have already created your animal. Think about what it eats, where it lives, what its personality is like. Then create a pet for your pet!

These pets can be any animal (real or fictional) and would be small enough to fit in the palm of your hand!

You will need to:

Think about your animal and its features.
Draw the animal.
Colour the animal.

Activity 2

Today we are going to make our own Stone Age CAVE PAINTING! You can choose what materials you want / have available to use for this.

Read the slides so you get a better idea of what they should look like.

I have put 2 videos at the end with ideas of Stone Age art projects to help.

This is my favourite video, it’s simpler and highly effective.

STONE AGE ART. Cave painting at home or school!

Please supervise children on YouTube.

This video shows someone using chalk and charcoal.

Activity 4

This week I want you to make a model of Stonehenge!

You can use anything you have in your home (card, paper, play-doh) but in class we would have used biscuits!

Look at the pictures below and try to make it as accurate as you can!

Activity 4

This week I want you to design and make your own tool or weapon. You can use the one you made in English if you like or design a new one.
