Activity 1 

Practice alternative spellings for the ‘oo’ sound.

‘oo’ as in spoon, ‘ue’ as in blue, ‘u-e’ as in flute and ‘ew’ as in new.

Can you guess and spell all of the missing words? Read all of the words out loud to somebody in your home and check your answers.
