Activity 1

This week we are continuing to enjoy ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’ story. 

Have a think about the story. What is your favourite part of it? Can you draw a picture (or two) and write a sentence?

Activity 2

Let’s start making our own story book of ‘Jack and the Beanstalk.’ Fold a piece of paper in half. Create a front cover for your book. Make sure it’s got a title, picture and the author’s name!

You can make a similar cover to the one below but please remember to add you name.

Activity 3

Have a go at writing the beginning part of the story. If you need more pages then just add another sheet of paper.

Activity 4

Today think about what happened in the middle of ‘Jack and the Beanstalk.’ Continue your book by drawing and writing what happened at this part of the story.

Finish your book off by writing what happened at the end of the story. Can you read your book to someone in your family? You could even record it and put it on Tapestry. We would love to hear them!
